Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. The return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all accessories, packaging, invoice, and labels intact. Products that are used, damaged after delivery, altered, or missing original packaging will not be accepted for return.

Once your return request is approved, the product will be inspected after pickup or delivery to our warehouse. If the product meets our return conditions, we will process a replacement or refund as applicable.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after the returned product is received and approved.

Please note that minor color variation, size perception difference, or change of mind will not be considered valid reasons for return or refund.
