We try to provide accurate product photos, descriptions, sizes, prices and specifications. However, minor differences in colour, finish, dimensions or appearance may occur due to manufacturing or screen settings and will not normally be considered defects.

2. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to product availability and successful payment confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel an order due to stock issues, incorrect pricing, payment failure, suspected fraud or delivery restrictions. Any eligible prepaid amount will be refunded.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, holidays or other circumstances beyond our control. Customers must provide accurate delivery information.

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns, replacements and refunds are subject to our Refund & Return Policy. Customers should report damaged, defective, incorrect or missing products promptly with the order details and supporting photos/videos where required.

Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, modification or normal wear and tear may not be eligible for return or replacement.

Customers are responsible for using and installing products safely and for their intended purpose. Foldingwala is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, overloading, improper installation or unauthorised modification, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹). Prices, discounts and offers may change without prior notice. Any applicable shipping, COD or other charges will be shown at checkout.

All website content, including the Foldingwala name, logo, photographs, product descriptions and graphics, belongs to or is licensed to Foldingwala and may not be copied or commercially used without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foldingwala will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from improper product use or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
