At Foldingwala, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

1. Return Eligibility
A return or replacement may be accepted if:

• The product is damaged or defective

• You received the wrong product

• Essential parts or accessories are missing

• The product is materially different from the description

We may request your order number, photos or an unboxing video to verify the issue.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns may not be accepted for:

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation

• Products showing normal wear and tear

• Products altered, modified or used beyond reasonable inspection

• Customised or made-to-order products, unless defective or incorrectly supplied

3. Refunds
Once the returned product is received and approved, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping or COD charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Foldingwala or where otherwise required by law.

4. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible, and it may need to be handled as a return.

5. Return Shipping
If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied by Foldingwala, we will arrange or reimburse eligible return shipping where applicable.
For other approved returns, return shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer.
