Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • Only items with manufacturing defects or damaged in transit are eligible for return/refund.

Non-returnable Items

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or installation errors

Return Process & Timeline

  • Raise a return request via our website or contact us at support@foldingwala.com.

  • Our team will review and arrange pickup (wherever possible).

  • Once the item is received and inspected, refund or replacement will be initiated.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after item approval.

  • Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • COD refunds will be transferred via UPI or bank transfer.
